Sports Nutrition & Performance

Fuel your body. Support your health. Perform at your best.

Whether you are a competitive athlete, recreational athlete, or simply love being active, nutrition can make a tremendous difference in how you feel, perform, and recover. We help athletes develop practical, individualized fueling strategies that support performance, energy, recovery, strength, and long-term health – without rigid food rules.

How We Can Help

Performance Fueling
Pre-, during-, and post-workout nutrition, carbohydrate and protein needs, hydration, race-day fueling, and recovery.
RED-S & Low Energy Availability
Support for under-fueling, fatigue, menstrual changes, declining performance, and other signs of low energy availability.
Injury & Bone Health
Nutrition support for stress reactions, stress fractures, recurrent injuries, bone health, and recovery.
GI Concerns in Athletes
Strategies for nausea, bloating, cramping, diarrhea, or difficulty eating before or during training.
Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating
Specialized support when performance goals, body image, food restriction, or compulsive exercise begin to interfere with health and well-being.
