
Kristin has nearly 20 years of experience helping adolescents and adults improve their relationship with food and exercise while supporting their health, performance, and overall well-being. Her areas of expertise include sports nutrition, eating disorders, RED-S and low energy availability, peri- and post-menopausal health, bone health across the lifespan, gastrointestinal concerns, and metabolic health.
Kristin is a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), a credential held by only about 1,000 dietitians nationwide.
Kristin takes a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to nutrition care, working collaboratively with each client to develop realistic, sustainable strategies that support both physical and emotional health. She believes food is meant to fuel the body and be enjoyed, not feared, and combines evidence-based nutrition with individualized care to help clients meet their goals.
In addition to seeing clients virtually and at her office in Boulder, Colorado, Kristin can see clients virtually in the following states: Arizona, California, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin.

Kristin earned her Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University and completed her dietetic internship through the Cleveland VA, Children's, and University Hospitals. She also participated in nutrition research for NASA astronauts at the Cleveland Clinic and later earned a postgraduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the Institute of Performance Nutrition in the United Kingdom.
As a lifelong athlete with a background in competitive soccer, triathlons, cycling, and distance running, Kristin understands both the physical and mental demands of training and competition. Originally from Southern California, she's called Boulder home for the past 18 years, where she lives with her active teenager and their goofy Bernedoodle.
