Jane Reagan Nutrition

Jane is passionate about helping her clients find greater health, vitality and improved wellness through balanced nutrition.

Her motivation to discover and address her own health issues resulted in an insatiable desire to expand her nutrition knowledge. She sought out many alternative practices and learned a whole body approach to true wellness.  Jane believes in treating the whole person by meeting them where they are.  She understands that food is meant to be enjoyed and loves helping people connect to the wisdom of their own bodies, while providing guidance with evidence-based practices for optimal nutrition.

She regularly helps individuals understand how food impacts them physically, mentally and emotionally with a “food first” philosophy.
