Jane Reagan is a Boulder, CO based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who believes that understanding food choices, food quality and one’s relationship with food can lead to greater awareness, improved health and a more abundant life.

She understands that food is meant to be enjoyed and loves helping people connect to the wisdom of their own bodies, while providing guidance with evidence-based practices for optimal nutrition.

Jane Reagan’s experience in the fields of nutrition and counseling spans 25 years.

Jane has helped thousands of clients understand how food impacts them physically, mentally and emotionally with a “food first” philosophy.  In addition to her private practice in Boulder, CO,  Jane Reagan is the creator of the Eating Disorder Recovery Roadmap For Parents online program which brings her decades of in-person nutritional and counseling expertise to a remote learning solution that allows parents who have a child with an eating disorder to understand and successfully navigate the complex journey to recovery.

Background | Experience

Jane Reagan is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and has a Master of Education degree in Counseling. She is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS-C).

Jane started her work in nutrition and wellness at Canyon Ranch Health Resort in Tucson, AZ, followed by work at an in-patient eating disorder hospital in Boston. Jane has been practicing her nutrition and counseling work in the Boulder area for more than a 15 years. In addition to Jane’s private practice, she also worked as a Clinical Nutritionist at the University of Colorado’s Wardenburg Health Center for 10 years and helped start CU’s Eating Disorder Team.

Jane has also contributed significantly to nutrition within the Boulder Valley School District (BVSD). As Nutrition Educator for The GROWE Foundation & Garden to Table Program, she developed and taught a Colorado-based standardized nutrition curriculum for grades K-5. She also co-wrote a children’s cookbook, “Cooking is Cool.”

Jane has been a Boulder resident for over 20 years, is married and has 4 children. She enjoys the outdoors, including hiking, skiing, gardening and yoga, loves traveling to new places and trying new foods, has a passion for her golden retriever, and cherishes spending time with her family and friends.
