Medical Nutrition Therapy
Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is an evidence-based medical approach to treating chronic health conditions by using individually tailored nutrition plans to lower the risk of disease. Nutritional assessment, diagnosis, intervention, evaluation and monitoring are used to help clients meet their goals. We have been providing Medical Nutrition Therapy for over a decade.
