New College Social Media Initiative:
"What Do You See That Is Not Normal Eating"- March 2025

We are launching some exciting new initiatives on social media during the next few weeks as well as a brand-new online course for preventing eating issues.
“What Do You See That Is Not Normal Eating”
We have been asking college students from multiple campuses across the United States for their perspective on what they see on a daily basis that they consider to be harmful eating habits that could lead to disordered eating behaviors.

Their insights have been incredible, and we are very excited to continue to get real-world opinions from students.
We will be posting the first of that series next week on our Instagram account and following up every week with a new video.
“What You Wish You Knew Earlier About Nutrition And Eating”
Another social media series we’ll be running invites people to share what they wish they had known earlier about nutrition and food, and how that knowledge might have changed the development of their disordered eating.
It’s fascinating to hear different perspectives on personal experiences, beliefs and nutrition information and how these things change over time.
New Prevention Online Course Coming In March!
We are very excited to announce the upcoming release of our 3rd online course that is specifically for the PREVENTION of eating issues.
Unlike the Parents Program which deals primarily with navigating recovery with a child that has an eating disorder and the College Eating Habits Program which is primarily designed to help college students understand the differences between normal eating, disordered eating and eating disorders and recognize if they might need professional assistance, the new Prevention Online Program provides tons of information that anyone can use to understand the factors that contribute to disordered eating and eating disorders and how they proactively can prevent eating issues.
The Preventing Eating Issues online course provides straight-forward answers and filters out all the noise and false information that people are being bombarded with on social media, print and TV.
We will be announcing the exact release date of the “Preventing Eating Issues” online course via email and on our social feeds in the next few weeks!
20% OFF FOR EATING DISORDER AWARENESS WEEK
Finally, we are providing 20% off the Parents or College Eating Disorders online programs to recognize the importance of Eating Disorders Awareness Week.
Enter the following code during checkout to receive 20% off either program:

We look forward to your feedback on our new social series and the prevention video and thank you for following us!
